They could be a pair of birds, but it’s not clear which species. Some would say gulls and others would say shorebirds. Maybe they’re ibis. I have left it up to the viewer. The idea behind the title is that they are heading into stormy skies. Their body positions are clearly pointing down, away from the danger. Time to head down = Down Time.
